Returns

unv offers you the right to return your product within 14 days after having received the order to be eligible for a refund. Note that a return fee will be withdrawn from your refund. Eligibility applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.

In case you return your product in order to receive a refund and you do not pay the import tax and duty in advance, unv reserves the right to deduct the import tax and duty from your refunded amount. 

Why do you charge 85kr for return shipping?
The reason we charge 85kr for return shipping is to cover costs and time needed for a return and also from an environmental standpoint. The amount of returns is proven to be less if the return shipping isn’t free. So when returning an order, you will be refunded in full except for the return fee. If you live nearby and don´t have to ship the package to us we don’t charge any fee.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. (Return address: Seminariegatan 12A, 973 42 Luleå, Sweden).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the same payment method you used to make the order. We do not refund shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
